Yoga For Transformation is a 4-week intensive that meets 2 times each week and will help you to detoxify, clarify, feel better mentally and physically, and instill the practice of yoga into your body and mind. All of the teachings throughout the experience will come together to help you to begin to lead a more balanced, meaningful and healthier life as well as transform the way you view and react to the world. These classes will be documented and handed out so that you can continue your new practice at home.
YFT sessions will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7:30-8:45 and include:
• Special detoxifying and balancing yoga practices with Jennifer Gray
• And wellness workshops
Once you have completed this month-long experience you will be a YFT Alumni and will be eligible to register for the continuing YFT weekly classes, yoga practice homework assignments, priority registration and special future YFT and Detox Week discounts. Our wonderful YFT community is growing quickly and has proven that the fun, learning and practices do not have to end once the month is over! We even have a Facebook page!
