Module B – Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
In Level 2 Prenatal Teacher Training we will go deeper into the anatomy of a pregnant body, discuss the female cycle, the process of birth, advanced poses, and advanced sequencing. Upon completion of this training you will feel confident in different birthing methods and support, have an advanced understanding of poses sequencing and support for your pregnant students.

Module C – Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
In Level 3 Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training we will focus on advanced anatomy and the pelvic floor, restorative yoga for pregnancy, and advanced asana and sequencing. Upon completion of this training, you will feel confident in teaching restorative prenatal yoga and modifications, as well as yoga for the pelvic floor.

Module D – Yoga Baby Bonding & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training
The Baby Yoga Bonding is a series created for mom’s and babies by Lisa Bergly. This class is part yoga class & part support group. It’s a class focused on healing, connecting, bonding, and restoring. There is so much joy and fun in this class! It will fill your heart and soul! If you have a passion for working with women and babies, and a passion for sharing the beauty of yoga for families, join this training!
In this training we will cover the postnatal body; we’ll discuss anatomy, recovery, and the changes from the prenatal to postnatal structure. We will discuss poses to calm and open the body, and reduce pain. We will learn yoga for babies, calming techniques, and how to help babies sleep and eat better, and be over all happier!
