Nicole fell in love with yoga in her 20s, and it has been a wild and lovely ride ever since. While she experimented with yoga throughout her childhood and teen years, it wasn’t until her mid 20s that Nicole began to develop a regular practice as a way to heal herself and the world.
Inspired by a deep desire to share the beauty of yoga with others, she began her first 230-hour teacher training in the tradition of Tantra Hatha Yoga with Tanya Sowards in 2009. During that time, Nicole became deeply inspired by the mystic, spiritual, and energetic aspects of yoga. She delved deeply into Kundalini Yoga. Before she knew it, she had completed a second 230-hour teacher training in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Currently, Nicole is in the process of completing her 500-hour teacher training in Kundalini Yoga, a transformative process that lasts over four years. In addition to yoga, Nicole is a Registered Thai Therapist (RTT), practicing herbalist, writer/poet, and energy healer/light worker. Her teaching style is intuitive, powerful yet subtle, and efficient yet playful. She enjoys balancing these extremes of life in a yoga class to help her students find balance and recognize the essential beauty that is at the core of all life experiences. She likes to laugh and believes that it is through the power of love that we will change the world.
