Jessica Dunne believes yoga can fix your tight hamstrings, but it can also make you truly happy. She has studied with many inspirational YCM teachers as well as Max Strom, Gary Kraftsow and completed her 230 hr teacher training at the Yoga Center. She studies qigong under Peng Herr, and integrates Taoist philosophy and her understanding of the flow of qi into her yoga classes and workshops.
Her Hatha Flow drop-in classes are different everyday, as they abide by the seasons, the aches of the students, the moon, etc. We will always include a focus on healing breath and soothing movements to help sink the body into meditation, plus we laugh and don’t take anything too seriously!
