Swedish Massage -Available at both studios
A soothing massage technique that uses long strokes, kneading and friction techniques, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. Used to stimulate circulation, ease muscle tension, improve flexibility and promote relaxation. Sessions are 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

Prenatal Massage -Available at both studios
Prenatal massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience. This technique addresses the specific structural, physiological, and psychological discomforts of pregnancy, and uses bolsters to lift and support the mom so she is completely relaxed and comfortable. A great baby shower or postnatal present!

Heated Stone Massage -Available at both studios
Heated stone massage is a specialty massage using smooth, heated basalt stones to loosen the muscles. Before you arrive, the stones are heated to 120 and 150 degrees. During the session the therapist will massage you while holding the warm stones in her hand as well as placing stones on and around your body. This is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage and one you must experience to truly appreciate.
