Specialty Programs & Series
Yoga Center Minneapolis offers multi-week Specialty Class Series that focus on specific topics or styles of yoga. These classes allow you to experience a curriculum that builds on itself week-to-week, working with the same group of students.
Class series are typically four to six weeks in length and cover such topics as meditation, aerial yoga, personal practice development and stress reduction, in addition to our beginning yoga and pre/postnatal class series.
Preregistration and payment are required as series classes have limited enrollment.
