There are few teachers who have Sri Dharma Mittra’s full blessing to teach his entire range of practices and techniques. Kim Jeblick is one of those teachers. Kim has dutifully studied with Sri Dharma for six years and teaches at Dharma Yoga Center in complete service of her teacher. Kim is an absolute model for all other Dharma Yoga instructors to follow. The humility and knowledge she carries are strengths that take many a lifetime to achieve. These traits along with the strength and grace in postures allow her to transmit Sri Dharma Mittra’s message eloquently. Kim has graduated from the Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi 200- and 500-hour Teacher Training programs, and now serves as full time mentor in them. She teaches regularly at the Dharma Yoga Center, and has the esteemed honor of teaching Sri Dharma’s classes in his absence.

Dharma III Class
This deep and amazing intermediate practice builds on the foundations of Sri Dharma Mittra’s Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa posture series, and is designed for those wishing to move forward into progressively challenging asana practices. Students will learn Dharma III, igniting the entire body for practice and unleashing the life force within it. With regularity, you can bring an end to weight problems and disease, attain health and stamina, and gain the opportunity to attain Self-realization. The balancing, back bending, twisting and inversion variations increase in difficulty. A special meditative head stand is introduced. This practice finishes with deep relaxation, breathing, and meditation exercises certain to bring a deep calm, sense of balance, peace, and invigorated energy to all students.

Maha Sadhana: The One Great Eternal Practice
This is Sri Dharma Mittra’s signature workshop. It will help students develop the confidence to surrender on and off the mat. Dharma III-IV practices at its core, it is a challenging, meditative, and unique sequence that involves complete movement of the spine in order to unleash the life force within it. Evolving from 50 years of intensive practice, it is popular with students from all backgrounds. With regular practice, you'll bring an end to weight problems and disease, attain health and stamina, and gain the benefits to attain Self-realization. Included will be a guided deep relaxation, pranayama, a spiritual talk, anda joyous dance, Asana Satsang Jam, which instills all with compassionate grace and reverence.

Dharma Yoga Asana Clinic: Inversions
Sri Dharma Mittra is a master of inversions. This class will mystify you with this physically and mentally challenging practice. Learn how to establish proper placement, alignment, and spiritual intention of each pose. The program will ignite one-pointedness of mind and fierce determination that will have you doing poses you never thought you could.

4) Sunday, June 6 | 10:00am - 1:00pm | $55 |MPLS Studio
Dharma IV class with Yoga Nidra and Meditation
This class is based on Dharma’s daily New York City class. Be ready for an amazingly graceful yet extremely challenging practice steeped in 50 years of Dharma's experience of the classical traditions. Lessons will be offered in many unique and now popular poses of today. You will be guided through a purifying yoga nidra, and begin cultivating the mind with invaluable and profound sacred teachings on the ethical rules, yama and niyama, karma, yogic diet, ancient varied breathing practices and sound techniques. This class is for regular practitioners and yoga teachers.

Bio on Dharma Mittra
Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra founder of the Dharma Yoga Center has created over 300 advanced Yoga postures popular amongst students of today. He is known as the "Teachers Teacher," and the "Rock of Yoga." In 1984, Dharma Mittra created the Master Yoga Chart of 908 Postures as an offering to his beloved Guru and for all Yoga aspirants. This original masterpiece was meticulously assembled from over 1,350 posture photographs he took of himself. In 1975 Dharma made the Sun Salutation and Yoga Course Poster. Dharma is the author of the book Asanas 608 Yoga Poses, is featured in American Yoga, and his Master Yoga Chart was the inspirational instructional map of postures for Yoga Journal's book Yoga, which is dedicated to him. His Maha Sadhana DVD set, Level I – A Shortcut to Immortality and Level II – Stairway to Bliss, are four hours of practice in each with teachings, discourses, and Kirtan for an amazing overall view of Dharma’s years of work.
